Boston loved having Grandma here for a few days. We partied with Tetris, cookie dough, the Winchester Mansion, the beach, and Alcatraz, where I saw the Golden Gate Bridge for the first time. It was red, and thus a bitter disappointment for me, but everything else was a blast. It was so much fun. Grandma even babysat so that Nate and I could go see "Taken" - Jeff and Brianne, we agree with your assessment - it was amazing. I loved having my mom here and cried when I dropped her off at the airport on the way home.

Hey, how'd you like the Winchester Mansion? I've never been, so I was wondering if it's worth the admission price?
That's so fun that you had your mom there and so sad she had to go. :(
Honestly... it's not. It was ok, but Alcatraz was the same price, but it included the boat ride, a self-guided tour, and it was way cool. The Winchester Mansion had come highly recommended, but it was about $7 worth of cool, not $25.
Sounds like you had fun! We really want to see Taken some time soon. When do you guys come home? We want you to come over for dinner. :)
Thanks for giving us a shout out in the blog. Told you, you would love TAKEN. Great pic of Boston, that kid is getting cuter and cuter.
Taken was SWEET.
I have to admit I don't like reading your blog anymore. You're always talking about how great the bay area is...it makes me jealous. I want to move there! It's just not fair! You went from living in the worst place in the world (Provo) to, arguable, one of the best. For that - you're on my black list. So sad for you.
