We officially joined the ranks of the real people this past week - we got a grill. Granted, it's one of the mini-est mini grills I've ever seen, but it's perfect for us. We needed milk yesterday morning, so Nate offered to go to the store for me to get it. That evening he casually mentioned that he felt like a good burger for dinner. Then he went outside and made me promise not to look. An hour later, the grill he'd sneakily purchased that morning was fully functional. I was so excited: this opens up a whole new world of dinner possibilities, all of which include Nate cooking them!

P.S. Boston got his first tooth too! (4/17/09) He'll be chowing the burgers with us before we know it.

Never send a man to the store unsupervised... At least that's what Cindy and Shauna said after one of my Costco trips a few months ago. We have enjoyed being "real people" for a few months now... I think Cindy mostly enjoys the break from cooking.
Sorry, the previous comment was by me. Probably seemed pretty confusing otherwise.
Nate cooking? I don't think goes together. Don't worry Nate I have only cooked once in all of my marriage. I am the dish boy. Jealous of the grill. We still need to get together. I have been denied twice by Nathan. Are we still friends? JK

hahaha I love the new grill!! It's a good thing you guys are only cooking for the two of you on there! We have a BBQ (it was free), but only half of it works--so we're pretty much in the same boat as you guys as far as grilling room. Nice find Nate!
