Photo Shoot

He hated it, but during my last week of maternity leave, I decided to spend a few hours during the day having a photo shoot! The idea was initially just to try on his blessing outfit to make sure his 14 pound body would fit into it, but he just looked so cute in it that I couldn't resist. I officially started back working today, and Boston was such a good boy about it. Overall he's just a very chill baby - he rarely cries. When he's hungry, he just grunts and does what we've affectionately labeled "the hungry dance", in which he moves his head from side to side in a surprisingly rhythmic way. It's so cute that I just like to sit and watch him do it, but he gets slightly upset if the grunts and the hungry dance don't do the trick fast enough. He also likes to be very involved... Nate thinks he gets that from me, but I can't imagine why. If we leave him in his carseat in the living room while we're eating in the kitchen, for example, even though we can see him, he doesn't feel involved enough, and he lets us know. All I have to do is move him closer to us and he's fine. He's so much fun.
